The UX Designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. They will conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Design and deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that align with product goals and user expectations.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Participate in regular design critiques and contribute to continuous improvement of the team's design practices.
- Maintain a user-first mindset across all stages of the product development cycle.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product design processes from research to handoff.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Ability to present and communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant project work (required).
