Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in interaction and visual design for digital products
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
- Data-informed design mentality
