The Product Designer will lead end-to-end design and research initiatives to enhance the customer experience on the Contentful platform. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable solutions for complex enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and research initiatives
- Conduct primary research including user interviews, usability testing and competitive analysis
- Represent customer needs through your work and via conversations with your team
- Collaborate via workshops and wireframes on shaping requirements to support business goals and customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Self-starter and organized
- Open to trade-offs and negotiation
- Experience with user research and testing
Key Skills
- Strong system thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with design systems and a solid understanding of interaction patterns
- Knowledgeable and passionate about AI solutions and tooling
