Freed is seeking a Product Designer to help transform how clinicians work by leading design for core product areas and partnering with engineering, product, and design peers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for core product areas — from problem framing to polished execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers
- Bring the clinician voice into the room — through research, usability testing, and systems thinking
- Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple, clear user experiences
- Strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design — to product and business direction
