Senior Product Designer- Cloud Readiness

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Cloud Readiness Design Team, designing new features that enhance confidence and compliance for Atlassian admins.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex and high-impact product design projects that help raise the quality bar for our users
- Develop prototypes and patterns for scalable, consistent interfaces
- Collaborate with design executive leaders to create compelling representations of the very best examples of design at Atlassian
- Champion design craft and mentor other designers
- Conduct user research using various methods and principles to gain insights into customer needs and inform design solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a track record of designing complex or enterprise-level software
- Experience in security, data management, identity access, compliance, or platform design
- Strategic & Systems Thinking, Craft Mastery, and Communication skills
