The Senior Graphic Designer will create high-quality design assets across various platforms and oversee team activities to ensure project alignment. They will also collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to effectively meet design objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create design assets across platforms, including social media, web, and print, based on project needs.
- Produce motion graphics and animations
- Design business cards and company profiles
- Design professional presentations and slide decks
- Create internal branding assets (wallpapers, mugs, merchandise, etc.)
- Oversee and guide team activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Work with various teams to discuss design requirements and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience in creating designs that align with brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video content is essential
- Corporate background is a must
