The UI Designer will create innovative UI solutions that meet client and user needs, analyze design trends, and participate in co-creation workshops. They will also design modern interfaces and develop style guides for technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing innovative UI solutions meeting client and user needs
- Analyzing current and future design trends and technologies
- Conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Understanding and formalizing client and user needs
- Creating mood boards and inspiration materials
- Participating in co-creation workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Defining and formalizing the graphic concept of projects
- Designing modern and intuitive graphical interfaces
- Developing style guides and clear documentation for technical teams
- Creating 2D/3D graphic assets, icons, color palettes, and visual elements for prototyping and production
- Ensuring graphic consistency throughout the project life cycle
- Creating emotional and impactful presentations to showcase concepts and projects
- Presenting graphic proposals to clients in a clear and convincing manner
Requirements
- Excellent mastery of tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Blender
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Solid analysis, user research, and benchmarking skills
- Good understanding of different user profiles
- Ability to propose solutions adapted to the market and technical constraints
- English language proficiency (official project language)
- Italian language proficiency is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI Design or UI/UX Design
