Social Media Coordinator & Graphic Designer

The Social Media Coordinator & Graphic Designer will develop, schedule, and publish content across social platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. They will also create graphics and promotional materials, track engagement, and assist with social media strategy.
Responsibilities
- Developing, scheduling, and publishing content across all social platforms
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style
- Monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and fostering community interaction
- Tracking analytics and preparing performance reports
- Assisting with social media strategy, campaign planning, and trend monitoring
- Capturing and editing photos and short-form videos
- Writing/editing captions, headlines, and messaging that align with brand tone
- Leveraging excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Creating graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets for social media, email, print and special event content
- Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma/Associate Degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or related roles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing strategy
- Proficiency with Google or Microsoft Office Suites (Sheets/Excel and Docs/Word)
