The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design team in creating visually appealing designs for various marketing platforms while ensuring alignment with brand strategy. They will also oversee the development of promotional materials and maintain a consistent visual language.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver visually appealing creatives for ad campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral
- Lead and mentor the graphic design team, guiding them through concept development, execution, and review
- Strengthen and evolve Elance's visual identity across all creative touchpoints
- Translate marketing strategies into powerful, conversion-driven visual designs
- Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and technologies to enhance the visual appeal and relevance of the brand
