Graphic Designer

The graphic designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both print and digital marketing materials. This includes designing advertising materials, managing social media accounts, and maintaining product images on the company website.

Responsibilities

• Design of advertising materials such as emails, catalogs, flyers, and banners
• Design, layout, copywriting, production, and marketing of all publications, print materials, signage, electronic media, and other promotional materials
• Test graphics across various media
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand
• Prepare print-ready files ensuring they meet all technical specifications
• Ensure color accuracy by using color profiles and understanding color calibration
• Review and proofread designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready
• Stay updated with the latest printing standards and techniques
• Design/create office materials including business cards, labels, and PDF forms
• Gather and produce body copy and images for products
• Website Administrator - Maintain product images & descriptions on customer-facing website
• Manage social media accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Graphic Design
• 0-3 years experience preferred, but willing to train
• Ability to work in the office (Waukesha, WI)
• Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Excel
