Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will develop and design high-quality graphics and visual content while collaborating with various teams to produce engaging assets. Responsibilities include creating brand-related materials and staying updated on design trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design all graphics and imagery required by the company, ensuring alignment with branding and creative direction.
• Collaborate with design, digital, marketing, and retail departments to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce assets across EDMs, websites, apps, social media, paid media, and print materials.
• Create and maintain brand-related assets, including packaging (shopping bags, labels, tags), stationery, business cards, hoardings, event banners, flyers, and custom packaging.
• Design in-store signage and POS materials such as posters, decals, trading hour signs, and lightbox visuals.
• Retouch and edit images for campaigns and social media content on a regular basis.
• Stay updated on design trends, competitor creatives, and best practices to ensure innovative and modern visual output.
• Prepare, upload, and deliver EDMs to customers using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Update and maintain automated email marketing flows to support ongoing campaigns and promotions.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to conceptualize and execute creative designs for events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet evolving business needs and provide creative support where required.
• Contribute ideas and input to the content creation process for social media and EDM strategies.
• Provide support to the manager on digital-related matters and assist other team members as needed.
• Ensure all assigned projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects is highly valued.
• Experience designing for paid social media platforms.
• Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across multiple platforms.
• Previous experience in the fashion or beauty industry is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and confident in delivering creative concepts.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
