The Graphic Designer will communicate and coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to design artwork. Responsibilities also include developing graphics and layouts, keeping up with design trends, and photographing new limited-time offers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate, coordinate, liaison, and work closely with Marketing and Operation team, store duty team and franchisors as artwork designing matters
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers needs accordingly to brand and operations guideline and requirement
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
- Keeping up to date with design and software trends
- Photograph new LTO (Limited Time Offers) and film TikTok Videos as necessary
- Other ad hoc assigned by manager
Requirements
- Any degree or certification related to Marketing and/or Graphic Design preferred (not necessary)
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe designing tools and good skills in Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) would be an advantage
- Relevant working experiences in artwork creation and designing required (2 years minimum preferred)
- Good Lao-English languages competency preferred (written)
- Demonstrate excellent designing, innovative / creative and teamwork skills
