Usability & UI Designer Ergonomics & Responsive Design Specialist

The Usability & UI Designer will conduct usability assessments and apply ergonomic principles to create user-centric interfaces. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver adaptive UI solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct usability assessments and heuristic evaluations
- Apply ergonomic principles to UI design
- Develop personas, user flows, and wireframes grounded in usability research
- Design clean, clear, and consistent UI components aligned with brand guidelines
- Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for user testing and development handoff
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in usability-focused UI design
- Strong skills in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics, ergonomic design principles, and responsive web standards
- Excellent communication skills
