HockeyStack is seeking a Product Designer to design experiences that make powerful capabilities feel intuitive. The designer will work side-by-side with product and engineering teams to move fast and turn abstract ideas into seamless user flows.
Responsibilities
- Own the user experience from problem definition to polished design
- Design both UX and UI for new features and improvements
- Prototype and test rapidly
- Document and communicate design decisions clearly to engineering
Requirements
- Ownership-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments
- Curious, self-aware, and feedback-driven
- Strong UX and UI skills
Key Skills
- Proficiency in prototyping toolsâFigma is a must
- Clear, precise communication, especially with engineering teams
- Familiarity with user research methods
Benefits
