Product Designer (Contract to Hire)

Passes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for their products. The designer will lead the end-to-end design process and collaborate with cross-department teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process
- Own and lead innovative, large-scope projects
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or a related field
- 2-8 years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
Key Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent design craftsmanship
- Solid knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML and CSS)
