UX Designer

The UX Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visuals, user flows, and prototypes while ensuring designs meet accessibility standards. They will advocate for user perspectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ISACA's digital products.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visuals, concepts, user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Present design solutions, document design rationale, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain a strong user focus throughout the product design process
• Clearly communicate design intent, trade-offs, and recommendations to Product Managers and development partners
• Develop and refine design strategy, UI architecture, style guides, and reusable UI patterns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Architecture, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or capacity, with a demonstrated record of success
• Experience in UX design, product design, or a closely related discipline
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with agile squads
• Ability to create user flows, annotated wireframes, and content structures
