UX Designer

The UX Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visuals, user flows, and prototypes while ensuring designs meet accessibility standards. They will advocate for user perspectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ISACA's digital products.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visuals, concepts, user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Present design solutions, document design rationale, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain a strong user focus throughout the product design process
- Clearly communicate design intent, trade-offs, and recommendations to Product Managers and development partners
- Develop and refine design strategy, UI architecture, style guides, and reusable UI patterns
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in HumanāComputer Interaction, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Architecture, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or capacity, with a demonstrated record of success
- Experience in UX design, product design, or a closely related discipline
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with agile squads
- Ability to create user flows, annotated wireframes, and content structures
