As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft user-centered design solutions that enhance user experiences while balancing technical and business objectives. You will collaborate across teams to define and refine product features and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Envisioning the future AI vision of the product, aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
- Leveraging storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey, transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire stakeholders, align teams, and evoke empathy for user needs
- Collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers, business, and other stakeholders to align on UX goals, ensure implementation feasibility, and refine designs based on feedback
- Championing the adoption of design systems to maintain consistency, cohesion, and alignment across products
- Guiding and mentoring the design team, fostering skill development, aligning design goals, and driving the team toward high-quality outcomes
- Proactively communicating with leaders and stakeholders, adapting the narrative to different audiences, while fostering collaboration among teams to ensure alignment and clarity for impactful design outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 8+ years of experience working in product or service design
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
