The designer will work independently to tackle complex product challenges and deliver high-impact solutions. They will design for a system of systems that powers learning businesses at scale, requiring versatility and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Designing for a system of systems, powering learning businesses at scale
- Working independently with strong UI instincts
- Using AI as an extension of thinking to accelerate the design process
- Designing with strong UI instinct, turning ambiguity into simple, intuitive, expected and unexpected solutions
- Telling stories that land, clear, warm, confident communication that convinces stakeholders and aligns teams
- Bringing spark, introducing new ideas, tools, and ways of working that energize the team and help others grow
- Shipping end-to-end across scopes, backed by real SaaS experience that shows care about outcomes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong UI instincts
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable using AI as part of daily workflow
- Confident enough to influence PMs, engineers, and peers
- English proficiency
