The designer will work independently to tackle complex product challenges and deliver high-impact solutions. They will design for a system of systems that powers learning businesses at scale, requiring versatility and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Designing for a system of systems — one that powers learning businesses at scale
- Using AI as an extension of your thinking, accelerating your design process and finding clever ways to deliver value faster.
- Designing with strong UI instinct, turning ambiguity into simple, intuitive, expected and unexpected solutions.
- Telling stories that land, clear, warm, confident communication that convinces stakeholders and aligns teams.
- Bringing spark, introducing new ideas, tools, and ways of working that energize the team and help others grow.
- Shipping end-to-end across scopes, backed by real SaaS experience that shows you care about outcomes.
Requirements
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, highlighting your role, thought process, and impact in solving specific product challenges
- English proficiency is essential: it’s our daily working language.
- 3–5 years of experience in product design or related field
Key Skills
- Strong UI instincts
- Ability to use AI as an extension of your thinking
- Experience with design tools and software
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
