The UI/UX Designer will design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences. They will also develop design proposals, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, continuously improving designs based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create seamless user experiences.
- Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts
- Develop design proposals, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for various digital platforms.
- Bring innovative and out-of-the-box design ideas to enhance user engagement and product usability.
- Create and optimize icons, layouts, and visual elements.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Designing departmental documentation including technical diagrams (HLD/LLD) and images for proposals, presentations or any other document for the customer.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative web and mobile design projects.
- 3+ Years of experience in UI/UX design within software houses, website development, and mobile apps.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, and Canva.
- Expertise in wire framing, prototyping and storyboarding using tools like MS Visio InVision, Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Miro and similar.
- Experience with icon design and vector graphic tools.
- Ability to create user-centric designs that are visually appealing and functional.
- Experience working on technology-specific projects and digital products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design proposals effectively.
Key Skills
