As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the user experience of a product from concept to launch, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. You will also enhance the work of other designers and contribute to the team's overall success.
Responsibilities
- Leading and overseeing the user experience of a product from its initial concept to its launch
- Collaborating with other designers to enhance their work and contribute to the overall team's success
- Go deep into uncovering our users pain and delight points and identify unmet needs and opportunities throughout their financial investment journeys
- Partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders to interpret goals into creative strategies and UX direction for the team
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, demonstrating proficiency in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in crafting user-centric designs
- You have solid experience designing digital products and design systems, not just websites
- Proficient in designing polished, high-fidelity mockups, design solutions, and prototypes using Figma and other modern design tools
