UX/UI Designer (E-Commerce Growth, CRO & A/B Testing)

Swissker is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft high-converting user experiences for e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in web or e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Design conversion-focused product pages, landing pages, funnels, advertorials, and checkout experiences in Figma
• Design versatile graphic assets for use across web pages, advertising creatives, and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with CRO Manager to turn hypotheses into testable UX/UI variations
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, UI components, and design documentation
• Collaborate with Developers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of designs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in web or e-commerce environments
• Strong proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping
• Proven experience designing web pages, especially e-commerce or funnels
• Portfolio is mandatory
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX best practices
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
