Graphic Designer (Residential Design) - Onsite, Pampanga

The Graphic Designer will produce polished tender submissions, client presentations, and marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency. They will collaborate with sales, design, and delivery teams to visually communicate complex ideas and project narratives.
Responsibilities
- Produce highly polished tender submissions and bid documents
- Create compelling pitch and client presentations
- Develop clear, consistent marketing and brand assets
- Design and lay out tender submissions, EOIs, RFP/RFQ responses, and proposal documents
- Translate technical content, plans, and project information into clear, visually engaging documents
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong experience in designing documents and presentations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under time pressure
- A portfolio that demonstrates clean, professional layout work and brand application
