As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead and execute design across various channels, ensuring high-quality visual content that drives performance. You will also refine the brand's visual identity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver on-brand visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, lifecycle flows, and marketing initiatives
- Translate complex product features into intuitive, high-impact design
- Create assets for email, web, in-app, SoMe, display, print, and DOOH
- Drive performance through design using data, customer insights, and A/B testing
- Conduct content audits to ensure relevance, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Apply AI tools for ideation, asset creation, scaling, and rapid mockups
- Take the lead in building automated design workflows that increase quality, speed, and experimentation
- Refine and maintain our visual identity, templates, and asset libraries
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, automation, data, paid media, UX, products and development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the creative field
- Solid experience in digital and graphic design
- Commercial mindset and understanding of how design drives acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfortable with tools like Figma, After Effects, and motion platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for asset creation, automation, and creative exploration
- Master typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
- Structured, self-driven, and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments
