A Principal UX Designer is needed for a fast-growing retail business in the pet space to create exceptional user experiences. The role involves leadership, high-level problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with IT teams to deliver optimal project execution
- Lead strategic UX initiatives
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Navigate constraints while ensuring high-quality user experiences
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create comprehensive solutions
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in user experience design
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in mobile application development
