Responsibilities
- Bringing together user needs, business objectives, and clinical realities to guide experience strategy across core client accounts
- Translating insights into clear direction for the product and design teams
- Generating 75% of time as billable revenue for the department
Requirements
- Health and/or pharma experience
- Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment
- Experience conducting research with patients, GCPs or wider healthcare audiences
- Experience with moderated and unmoderated UX research methods
- Background analysing client materials
- Experience creating UX deliverables such as journey maps and personas
- Experience working in an Agile environment
