Senior UX Designer, AncestryDNA

The Senior UX Designer will partner with various teams to deliver impactful design solutions and translate research insights into actionable design iterations. They will create user flows, prototypes, and visual systems while fostering a culture of curiosity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Actively partner with product, content, user research, engineering, and marketing to deliver thoughtful, high-impact design solutions
- Translate insights from qualitative research and quantitative data into actionable design iterations
- Deliver key design artifacts, including user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and visual systems
- Contribute to a team culture of curiosity, inclusion, and craft
- Design simple, intuitive mobile experiences that support and extend Ancestry’s core product journeys
Requirements
- Experience in UX or product design
- A track record of delivering thoughtful and well-crafted design solutions in cross-functional, collaborative environments
- A strong foundation in human-centered design
- Understanding of WCAG 2.2 and a commitment to designing accessible, inclusive user interfaces
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
