UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will conduct customer research to gather feedback and iterate on design concepts. They will also create wireframes and visual mockups, implement designs in code, and collaborate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Customer research & iteration — Communicate with customers and end users to gather feedback
• Design production & demos — Create low/high-fidelity wireframes and visual mockups
• Front‑end implementation — Convert approved designs into clean, maintainable CSS/SCSS within the application
• Issue hygiene — Review and update Git/GitLab issues to ensure clarity, accurate status, labels, acceptance criteria, and links to design artifacts and documentation

Requirements

• Professional UI/UX design experience building web application interfaces
• Experience demonstrating user-centered design process
• Proficiency in Figma and modern front-end implementation (CSS/SCSS, component-based UI in React)
• Experience demoing design work, gathering feedback, and translating it into action
