The Product Designer II will own and lead full design cycles for features or product areas, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. They will translate requirements into clear, usable product features and contribute to design reviews.
Responsibilities
- Problem Solving: Own and lead full design cycles for features or a product area
- Embedding Systems Thinking: Have UX expertise and understanding of design systems, UI design, and how micro-interactions can help users complete a task
- Driving User-Centricity: Use research and data insights to inform design decisions
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners and contribute positively to team culture
Requirements
- At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Clear communication skills
- Solid visual design skills and attention to detail
- A curiosity to learn and adopt new tools, including how AI can enhance the user experience and improve your design process
