Senior Product Designer

Design intuitive workflows for users to configure AI systems and visualize complex data relationships. Collaborate with engineers and researchers to ensure user-centered designs and validate their effectiveness through user research.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive agent experiences: Create guided workflows that help users configure complex AI systems without requiring deep technical expertise
- Visualize knowledge structures: Turn abstract semantic relationships into clear, interactive visualizations that make data models understandable and actionable
- Bridge human and machine understanding: Translate technical concepts into approachable interfaces and language so users feel confident interacting with AI
- Prototype and iterate quickly: Build and test design concepts that demonstrate how structured knowledge improves AI reasoning and user outcomes
- Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with engineers, researchers, and product managers to ensure designs are technically feasible and user-centered
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
