Senior Product Designer (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

Docplanner is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team, responsible for delivering a seamless experience to patients, doctors, and clinics using their products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends
• Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and growth
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
• Contribute to the evolution of our products by using and helping improve our design system

Requirements

• Relevant proven experience in Product Design
• Autonomous and impact-driven
• Experience with Figma and advanced prototyping tools
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Key Skills

• Experience with hypothesis generation, experimentations definition, and AB tests
• Strong understanding of systems thinking and component-based design patterns
• Ability to give and receive feedback well
• Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth startup environment
• Fluency in English
