NEXTON is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team in Paris. The designer will work on conceiving and optimizing user experiences for a client in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research and design projects
- Conceive and optimize user experiences for clients
- Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure consistency and quality of solutions
- Measure and track UX performance through key indicators
- Contribute to the development of a strong UX culture
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX Design
- Mastery of UX methodologies
- Ability to adapt approaches according to product context and technical constraints
- Strong understanding of user research, conception, and evaluation on web and mobile
- Proficiency in Figma and Miro
- Fluency in English
