The UX Designer will partner with various teams to define and deliver user-centered product experiences, leading UX efforts from discovery through delivery. They will translate complex technical workflows into intuitive experiences and advocate for user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Founders, Product Management, Engineering, ML, and CG teams to define and deliver user-centered product experiences
- Lead UX efforts from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, interaction design, and validation
- Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, usable experiences
- Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and experience models
- Conduct user research, define personas, and run usability testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and problem-solving
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
- Proficiency in UX and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and interaction design principles
