The Principal UX Designer will own key experiences from inception to release, focusing on user-centered design and collaboration with teams. They will also be responsible for improving user experiences and shaping the product roadmap based on customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Become completely immersed in the Vapi product experience
- Identify where users get stuck and which workflows break down
- Generate a quick hit list of improvements
- Design and deliver high-leverage end to end product experiences
- Research customer needs and shape the roadmap with data

- Relentless pursuit of delightful customer experiences
- Deep expert in Figma
- Equally comfortable synthesizing customer needs, defining requirements, mapping workflows, and crafting elegant visuals
