The Product Designer will execute high-quality design work, manage design quality throughout projects, and mentor junior designers. They will collaborate with leads and contribute to the creation of design systems and user interfaces for various digital products.
Responsibilities
- Execute top quality design work in line with agency standards
- Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project
- Mentor and manage Junior Designers
- Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
- Work with Creative Directors and leads to ensure design work exceeds client expectations
- Explain and articulate design decisions and rationale with confidence
- Take an active part in client meetings and presentations
- Contribute to the creation and definition of flexible design systems and visual languages
- Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for websites, landing pages, microsites, digital products, and mobile apps
- Collaborate across teams to build scalable, attainable solutions
- Prototype interactive experiences that engage users and drive conversion
Requirements
- Proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work, and a master-level understanding of design
- Exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients
- Experience with Figma and creating and maintaining large, usable libraries
Key Skills
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
