Senior Product Designer I

Lead complex product design efforts that impact multiple teams or product areas. Conduct deep discovery and usability research to identify product opportunities and guide design direction.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex product design efforts that impact multiple teams or product areas
• Conducting deep discovery and usability research to identify product opportunities and guide design direction
• Defining and driving design strategy that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Creating detailed user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and/or mobile-first environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, product impact, and strong execution across platforms
• Fluency in Figma and design system tools (i.e. Figma, Zeroheight, Storybook)
• Working knowledge of front-end development and platform-specific constraints for web, iOS, and Android
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
