The UX Designer will craft intuitive and engaging user experiences across chatbots, IVR applications, messaging apps, and other conversational interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Generate multiple design solutions based on analysis
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors in conversational interactions
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in conversational design, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in experience design
- Experience designing conversational interfaces for chatbots, voice assistants, messaging apps, or other conversational channels
- Experience with Figma, Lucidchart, Sketch and/or related tools
- Strong Technical understanding of API’s
