Design, plan, and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative techniques. Analyze and synthesize data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and conduct user research, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, and user stories based on research insights
- Analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources to generate insights and actionable recommendations for digital products
- Document and share research findings to internal clients and leadership in engaging presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of experience in UX, digital experience, or product management
- 2 years of project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes
- 1 year of data analysis experience
- Ability to quickly take complex technical subjects and distill them into user-friendly presentations and digital communications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
