Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-impact quantitative research initiatives globally
- Design and execute sophisticated quantitative studies using advanced statistical methods, and experimental design to evaluate new features, measure their impact, then develop metrics that improve shopper experience
- Drive research innovation by integrating AI technologies throughout the research process, leveraging automation to optimize research workflows and accelerate insight generation
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience
- Experience with behavioral data collection, quantitative data analysis, and statistics
- 7+ years of hands-on work with: field research, ethnography, lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, and survey design experience
