Sr UX Researcher - Irving, TX

As a Quantitative User Experience Researcher, you will lead efforts to enhance clients' digital experiences by utilizing data and insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and influence product development stages.

Responsibilities

• Help partners in UX, product management, and technology understand user needs and behaviors
• Generate essential inputs for designing useful, usable products that meet and exceed user needs
• Work with stakeholders across functions and levels and influence all stages of product development
• Conduct quantitative research studies, analyze data, and make sense of complex data sets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar
• 3+ years of product research experience in an applied setting
• Expertise in survey design and analysis
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations for improving the user experience
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, Qualtrics) and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
