As a UX Researcher, you will develop research plans and share findings with product and design teams to enhance user experiences. You will also represent the user voice in cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop research plans with clear objectives, participant screeners, moderator guides, recruiting strategies, and timelines
- Share research findings with product, design, and executive teams to support decisions
- Recommend appropriate research methods and tools based on stakeholder goals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of UX research experience, ideally in health tech or regulated industries
- Comfortable conducting research in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Portfolio that shows past research work and deliverables
- Experience with tools such as UserZoom, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Confluence, and Miro
