The Senior Graphic Designer will manage a team of designers, oversee task delegation, and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders. They will assist the Team Lead in day-to-day operations and drive projects to completion through prioritization and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership and direction, motivate and engage team members
- Assist Team Lead on day-to-day operations and task management activities
- Drive projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to identify business needs and priorities
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of graphics/multimedia
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent experience
- Advance knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Key Skills
- Advance knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Fundamental apps including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- UI/UX knowledge or experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
