Product Designer, Design Systems

Dropbox is seeking a Design Systems Product Designer focused on iOS to help architect and evolve Dropbox Interface Guidelines through native mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, design, and documentation of reusable iOS-focused design system components, patterns, and guidelines
• Collaborate with product designers to ensure consistency across features and platforms
• Partner with engineering to build, test, and deliver robust design system components
• Drive adoption of the design system through education, governance, and advocacy across cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on mobile-first consumer applications
• Deep expertise in iOS design language and familiarity with Android conventions
• Proven experience designing, scaling, and maintaining design systems or component libraries
• Proficiency in modern design tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners
