The Product Designer will work with product managers and other designers to identify design opportunities and drive solutions for Binance's Fiat and P2P products. They will conduct user research, deliver UI design solutions, and collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Working with Product manager and other designers to identify and drive design opportunities by connecting the dots between user and business needs for Binance Fiat and P2P product
- Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement
- Apply design thinking methodologies to create globally appealing, user-friendly designs
- Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions
- Work end-to-end by identifying opportunities, establishing the vision, and working with engineering to deliver high quality, robust solutions
- Conduct user research, partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights
- Deliver detailed, robust UI design solutions, and work directly with engineering to ensure a high quality product
Requirements
- Educational background: degree in graphic design, HCI, visual arts or related field
- Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, open to learning and constructive feedback
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required
