Senior Product Designer, Visual Lease & CoStar Real Estate Manager

The Senior Product Designer will produce designs based on input from the product team, focusing on user experience. They will also conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Producing designs with input from the product team to achieve the desired customer experience
• Acting as the user advocate in cross-functional teams
• Conducting or participating in user research and usability testing
• Creating intuitive products that elevate the user experience
• Collaborating with product managers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders
• Managing multiple concurrent design projects
• Contributing to and helping evolve design systems, patterns, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• 5+ years relevant design experience working with a product team
• Experience working on complex workflows, atomic-based design systems, and/or deep websites
• Ability to conduct, interpret, and act on user research
• Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma
