The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for user research, interaction design, visual design, and creating content artifacts that communicate design decisions. They will also evolve the Design System and produce high-quality UX design solutions.
Responsibilities
- User research, interaction design, visual design, and content artifacts
- Evolving and evangelizing our Design System
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UX design strategy
- Testing UI elements
- Creating prototypes for new product ideas
- Documenting and communicating design
- Taking a user-centered approach to design processes and methods
- Guiding and validating design decisions with user research methods and existing data
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years UI/UX designing experience for digital products or services
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Hands-on experience in UX research
- Familiarity with web UI technologies and libraries
- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Zeplin, Principle, or InVision
