Define user experience by designing artifacts in coordination with the team and stakeholders. Conduct heuristic evaluations and create interactive prototypes while managing design systems and ensuring quality in development.
Responsibilities
- Define the user experience, designing artifacts in coordination with the team and stakeholders
- Participate in business understanding and definition of the final user
- Develop heuristic evaluations and interaction flows
- Apply information architecture and usability best practices
- Create site maps, content flows, and interactive prototypes
- Manage and apply Design Systems & UI Kits
- Review development quality, usability definitions, and interactions
- Coordinate with the design team, share knowledge, and enhance project skills
- Know user research tools and processes to validate hypotheses and improve the experience
Requirements
- Experience in the banking/financial sector
- Knowledge of behavioral economics
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience in information architecture, heuristics, and UX standards
- Management of Design Systems and UI Kits
- Knowledge of user research and user-centered methodologies
- Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
