The Sr. UI/UX Designer & Developer will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces and experiences. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and implementing designs using front-end technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Design visually compelling interfaces that align with the solution design guidelines
- Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and interactive user interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development are aligned
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field and equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in designing and development
- A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and front-end development examples
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Mosaic, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
