Senior Product Designer - Activities(Bangkok - Based, Relocation Provided)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end user journeys and lead the design of engaging experiences for users to discover and book activities. You will drive design strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions that address both business objectives and customer needs
• Manage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of features
• Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback
• Present work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and team meetings

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products
• Independently create visually stunning, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces, and interactions
• Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions

Key Skills

• Strong visual design skills and proficiency in design tools
• Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first applications
• Ability to create clear design documentation and write user stories or feature outlines
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
