The UI/UX Designer will perform UX research, analyze workflows, and translate ideas into user flows and high-fidelity designs. They will collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design and development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Perform UX research through customer feedback, internal usage data, team interviews, and competitive analysis
- Analyze existing workflows and designs to propose and validate user-focused improvements
- Translate ideas and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create clean, scalable visual designs in Figma, including design system components
- Write clear user stories or detailed design documentation to deliver projects and ideas to development and product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong understanding of the full product design lifecycle, from research through implementation
Key Skills
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first applications
- Ability to create clear design documentation and write user stories or feature outlines
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
